US and International orders will be shipped USPS with a tracking number. If you desire to have addtional insurance added, please, let us know. International orders will be sent USPS First Class International as long as weight and size allow. Larger and heavier International parcels (over 4 lbs) must be mailed Priority with an additional cost.
Once your package is mailed, we no longer assume responsibility for it. (Lost or Stolen) If you want insurance on your package, please let us know in the message to seller box during check out.
Most parcels within the US will be sent Priority mail, as long as the weight allows. If it weighs less than one pound it will ship First Class Parcel. For larger and heavier packages, they will be shipped USPS Ground. If you need the item sooner, please let us know and we will upgrade your shipping and calculate the additional shipping cost. Contact us if you have any questions.
During any holiday rush we will try our best to get your order in the mail so that it arrives in time, but given the nature of unexpected things and the USPS we cannot give a guarantee.
Please, understand that we have included our packaging cost into the shipping amount.
Payment is due at time of purchase. If after three days payment has not been received the sale will be canceled and the item relisted.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
All sales are final.
Refunds and Exchanges will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If an item is damaged in shipping, send us a photo of the damaged item and we will fix, replace, or refund your money.
If you have a problem with an item, please let us know, we will be glad to listen and help when we can.
Please, understand that chrome is very difficult to photograph and we do our best to photograph them, and indicate any dents and scratches, to represent the clock and its condition the best that we can. They are used hubcaps and rarely are they in mint condition.
All of our clocks have new clock parts, made in USA.
Even though our clocks are packaged and shipped with care, after shipping the hands on the clocks may need to be adjusted. Also, note that most of our clocks have an "on" and "off" switch, make sure that it is in the "on" position.
