Our succulents are well-established, hand-selected, potted plants grown in a greenhouse in Central Florida. We only ship the highest quality plants. Colors may vary depending on the time of year.

We recommend purchasing a heat pack for shipping if you live in an area with cold temperatures. They are available in our shop. We do not charge extra shipping for this add-on. If heat pack is not purchased, we are not responsible for any damage caused by cold temperatures.

You can order at any time. Just leave the date you would like the plants to arrive in the Order Notes. We will calculate the proper shipping date to get your plants there exactly on-time. Most of our 10+ plant orders are pre-ordered this way. We recommend pre-ordering 2 weeks prior to any event to ensure the best plants and on-time delivery. However, we can usually accommodate orders needed quickly (and even rush / express orders). *Picking your arrival time* - We recommend receiving your plants 4-5 days prior to the event date - Plants need a couple days to acclimate to your climate - Any damaged plants can be replaced - You don't have to babysit the plants - Water once before the event

You can absolutely make special requests! We actually prefer this so that you receive the exact plants / mix that you want :) Below are some examples of special requests that we can accommodate: - Specific Styles (Fuzzy / Spikey / Rosettes / etc.) - Specific Colors (Pink / Pastel / Green / Purple / No Green / etc.) Send us a message if you have any questions. We respond very quickly and love working with buyers, hosts, brides, parents, etc. to put together the perfect assortment for your order. If we do not receive any specific requests with your order, we'll do our best to pick out the best mix possible.

Absolutely! We've sent out orders of 16, 25, 500 and a bunch of other quantities. Send us a message with the number of plants and your zip code. We will give you an exact quote (including shipping) and then add it to the drop-down menu in the listing for you.

All of our 2" & 3" succulents come pre-planted in plastic nursery pots with soil. Our 4" & 6" succulents are shipped bare-root (without pot & soil). Please message us if you would like the pots and soil as well. The plants are shipped bare-root to protect against any damage during shipping (the weight of the pot / soil can crush the plant if the box is turned over). It also saves you money on shipping costs by reducing the weight substantially.

Yes; we don't have a listing for the pots or soil but can create a special listing for these items. We use the same pots & soil in our shop and always have extra supply available if our customers need it :)

We've spent a lot of time crafting our packaging process and are always looking for ways to innovate & improve this process. On average, less than 1% of plants shipped are damaged and we guarantee your plants. If anything happens during shipment, we'll send out a replacement immediately or offer a full refund (depending on your preference). Check out our reviews to see what other customers have said about our plants & packaging. We recommend adding Heat Packs to your order if you live in an area with temperatures below 40 degrees. They are available in our shop.

We provide a simple Care Guide with every order. Feel free to message us at any time for specific questions regarding the care of your new plants. Less is more with these plants... they do best when left alone in a spot with the proper amount of sunlight.
