This genuine Montana Sapphire is an oddball, which we love! In natural light it's silver and gold/orange on the sides. In artificial light it's rosy purple and orange. In mixed lighting it's light rose pinkish purple with orange. I call it roses and sunsets. It has a unique personality and will be a good fit for someone who has the same.
This Sapphire has some disc-shaped inclusions in the crown that can be seen with 10 x magnification. This Sapphire has a great cut and polish and sparkles beautifully.
This Sapphire measures 5 mm and is 3.1 mm deep. It has a round brilliant cut and weighs .60 carat. It was hand mined by my family in Rock Creek, MT, heat treated by my Father in Helena, MT, and faceted by family friends in Bangkok, Thailand in a clean and ethical facility.
I've noticed that everyone's computer monitor displays colors differently. This may alter the appearance of the Sapphire's color from what it truly is. If you have any questions about a stone's color or clarity, please let me know. The photos are taken in different lighting for you to get an idea of how the Sapphire's color may shift depending on lighting.
