We try to ship within 24 hours, unless a holiday or weekend intervenes as our local post office is not open on weekends...or if we are on a break...we are a small business...when shipping date will be included on all correspondence. We always ship in 1-3 days. We will email you when we ship with your shipping information.
We gladly combine items for shipping and will refund any SHIPPING overages, not packing/handling or insurance, paid over $2.00 to the original payment method. Shipping costs are stated for most items if you have questions, please ask.
On smaller parcels a $.50 - $1.00 shipping fee, and on larger parcels a $2.00 or more shipping fee, is included in the shipping cost for new packing supplies...tissue, bubble wrap, styrofoam packing peanuts, etc. Your items will be very well packed for shipping, to help keep them safe until they reach you! Please keep this in mind.
Insurance is PAID FOR SEPARATELY by us via 3rd party insurers and is in addition to the actual shipping costs on any label that notes the actual shipping cost paid for by us, and is included as our FREE GIFT to you!

I accept payment in US dollars. I accept Paypal which means you can use any major credit card. Please make sure your address is confirmed with Paypal. I am required by law to accept sales tax if you live in Washington state. Boring, yes...but ya gotta do it! I accept Etsy Direct Checkout which includes many different payment oprions, but I reserve the right to cancel an order.
We do offer a layaway plan for purchases over $100 and apply to US purchases only. It is extremely important to read and understand our Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.

OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing your order.
Please remember…We sell antique and vintage items (20-100+ years old) and want our customers happy with their purchase. If you are new to collecting please view all photos and read the description...... understand that certain items will show their age with time. We take multiple photos for this reason and many times draw arrows pointing to flaws if and when we see them and note anything we see in the item description. If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) immediately - based on your tracking information, so we may work out a resolution with you promptly and address your concerns. Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you…EXCLUDING any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return. Once item is returned and inspected (ie; same item, in original condition, no missing parts etc) you will be refunded within 5 business days. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.
In 16+ years of on-line sales we have only had a handful of returns out of over 5,000+ transactions. We want this to be a fun and enjoyable experience, and we want to earn your business as a repeat customer.
