This is a one of a kind item. Not a kit to create one doll, but a bundle of items from the shop of a doll maker.
There is a Tiny Tots doll instruction book by Connie and Melanie Ellsworth. This book includes instructions and patterns for making "Cabbage Patch" type dolls. This book is out of print, so finding a copy can be difficult and pricey. I have seen them priced at $40 or more.
There is a 1980's article from the Chicago Tribune that features a doll pattern for Baby Squeeze me.
Fantastic Face decal transfers,
4 vinyl doll faces each approx 4x3 inches,
1 18x60 inch package of Kraft Kloth.
A working voice box, with at least a dozen sentences: "Will we make cookies w/Grandma: "We should have a party w/Daddy" "May I play dollies w/my friends?" "Will we eat ice cream tomorrow? What strikes me is correct usage of vocabulary. I mean, "may we, may I?" Instead of what I hear, "can I", "I wanna". This is one polite voice box.
Got all this stuff from the estate of a dealmaker. But I do not make dolls, and I only play w/them as photo projects. So they need a creative hand, and a happy home.
I find it better to offer measurements than sizes in listing vintage clothing. Clothing sizes vary decade to decade, and vendor to vendor. The best way to find out if an item will fit is to compare it's measurements with yours, or with a similar item of yours.
Sales of vintage items are final. Vintage by nature is not pristine. We try to call out all condition issues we are aware of. Please ask all questions before purchase.
WE WILL SHIP INTERNATIONALLY GIVEN TIME TO CALCULATE COSTS. We will bundle t o save on postage fees. We will refund any postage over charge of more than $5.
I use priority mail for most of my domestic shipping. Priority mail is faster, offers tracking, and is insured. I do ship USPS first class if I have and often do, underestimate the cost of shipping.
I will ship internationally. I ship USPS first class for most international items. At this level there is no tracking or insurance. I can upgrade, but be prepared to pay the difference. Customers are liable to pay any import or customs fees. That being said, if you have a specific handler (i.e. DHL, FEDEX,) I will work with you on that. It may require a few convos, but we will get it done. In doing so, I will use the shipping method you desire.
I accept paypal. That's it for now.
But Paypal has many options.
If you are new to ETSY here is a helpful guide for your first purchase! http://www.etsy.com/help/article/339?article_id=339
Using Paypal as a guest to pay with a credit cart https://www.etsy.com/help/article/361
Paypal payment is preferred. It is not necessary to have an account with Paypal in order for them to process a credit or debit card transaction. Please be aware that if you are using e-checks through Paypal your items will not ship until the e-check has cleared, usually 4-5 business days, which will delay the receipt of your purchase.
Returns & exchanges
All items are sold in an "as is " condition. I will call out any issue I am aware of. However vintage clothing is more often than not a USED item, not in mint condition.
I will occasionally accept returns if the details are worked out in advance. If you are purchasing shoes I will often make the sale, let you try them on , and if they don't work I will refund the cost of the item upon receipt and inspection of item. Refunds are determined by the items return condition. I will not pay return postage.
I will offer a layaway option for items over $100. Contaact me for details.
Fabrics are delicate and have a finite lifespan depending on treatment and storage. I consider clothing a final purchase and will not accept returns. I will do my best to work w/ the buyer and resolve any post purchase issue. Look closely at the photos. Ask for detailed photos if need be. Ask questions before purchase.
With all of the above being stated, I work to assure a satisfied customer. Contact me w/any questions. I am eager to assist you.
