All items are hand made in Romania. In-stock items will ship within 1-3 business days of cleared payment. Custom items will be shipped within the timeframe stated in the listing.

All items will be shipped to the address listed with Etsy (not PayPal) unless you direct us otherwise.

Once your item has been shipped, you will be notified through email with tracking number and estimated arrival date.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly refund the purchase price of your product. Please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis, and can no longer be processed after 5 business days of receipt of the order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and only the cost of the item will be refunded. I cannot refund any shipping fees unless I shipped the wrong item in error.

Each item is handmade by a woman in Olt County, Romania.

With unemployment higher than 50% in this region, many families struggle to provide basic needs like food, shelter, and fuel, much less raise their standard of living. With limited resources and opportunities, it can seem quite hopeless. Florina had the idea to open an online shop to widen the opportunity for customers and provide women from the community a skill, needed income, and an added sense of dignity by providing for their families. Thus, Spero Designs Romania was born!
