Here's a vintage quilting pattern and quilt pieces ready to assemble. The Whirling Fans instructions and fabric pieces are from a mail order pattern by Alice Brooks dated 1936 on the mailer envelope. The cotton quilt pieces look like they include prints from the 40s and 50s. The pieces are mostly floral with a few cute novelty prints, and some solid cottons. Some are polished cotton and some are cotton sateen but most are broadcloth.
The fans each consist of 4 pieces and are in 2 different sizes. The 80 larger fan motifs are all machine stitched. The smaller fan motif has 28 fans already assembled and has 70s more individual pieces ready to assemble. No backing fabric for the quilt or patches is included.
Pre-owned, used; in good condition with no noted flaws. Not stained, crumpled or stinky... they're ready for your quilting pleasure!
