I typically ship via USPS Priority mail and USPS First Class mail, but will also ship via Fed Ex. Tracking will be provided to the customer on all orders with USPS Priority Mail and Fed Ex. Please allow 3-5 days for assembly and packaging. If there is a shipping carrier that you prefer over another, please let me know. If you need rush delivery please contact me as soon as possible, otherwise standard shipping times will apply.
If your items are returned to me by USPS or Fed Ex because they either attempted to deliver or you did not pick up from the post office in a timely manner....I am not responsible for this. I will reship your package to you after I see if the items are still undamaged...but postage will be charged again to reship.
Customs fees and any taxes in the receiving country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Your item will not ship until payment clears.
If you request shipment to a secondary address after purchase is complete, I will send you a corrected invoice with the revised address.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel an order within 24 hours following a purchase as long as the item has not been shipped. You will receive a full refund. If the item has been shipped simply refuse the package (please DO NOT open the box) and upon receipt you will receive a refund minus the shipping costs.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If an accident occurs during shipping and your item arrives damaged, please don't hesitate to contact me. Report damage within 24 hours of receipt or you may not be eligible for a refund. Simply snap a photo (required) and send it along with a brief description. If the item is a total loss you will not be required to send it back and will have the option of a replacement or a refund. You also have the option of receiving replacement parts if available. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Refunds generally do not include postage fees.
Was the item not exactly what you had in mind? You may return the item for a refund. When returning items make sure they are packed securely. Damage due to poor packing will incur fees taken from your refund. When possible please use the same box and packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping.
Lost Package? On extremely rare occasions packages are lost during shipping even with tracking information provided. In such cases please contact me as soon as possible. Depending on the item ordered you may be eligible for a refund of the item price or replacement. Please note that if you opted out of shipping insurance (meaning it was specifically offered to you but you declined) you are not eligible for a refund.
