Your items will be placed in a small plastic bag to retard tarnishing. It is then placed in a box along with care instructions and tied with twine, all ready for gift giving. The gift wrap is FREE.

Your item is securely placed in a bubble wrap mailer .

Priority mailing is $7.00 and can take up to three days arrival depending on where the package is going (it is shipped from Pennsylvania). There is a separate listing for priority - please add this to your cart. USPS gives this time frame for arrival - please do not be upset with me if it takes longer. Insurance is strongly suggested - I can't be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit unless you purchase insurance. Convo me about this option also.

Additional items, when included in the same package, are shipped for free- so stock up!

"Special order" items usually ship within a week if I have all the necessary materials on hand. If I need to order specific materials, it may take up to an additional three weeks to ship I will let you know immediately if there is a delay.



I prefer Paypal. Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. I will mail the item to the address given by Paypal unless you specifically tell me to mail the item somewhere else. If I don't receive payment in 3 days, the item will go back on my shelf and non payment feedback will be left. Please don't make me do this :-(

I want my customers to feel they are glad they shopped with me so please convo me if you are not happy about a purchase. Please do not leave negative feedback without giving me an opportunity to discuss and rectify your problem. I cannot replace or exchange an item that is damaged in transit unless you have purchased insurance. I also cannot accept custom items for exchange, return or cancellation. Custom items have changes made to the original item or are designed especially for you. For all other issues, please email me.
