Shipping costs are combined if more than one item is purchased.
Upon receipt of payment, items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of cleared payment (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive tracking information when your item has been shipped.
Items will be shipped via USPS or Fed Ex. Items over $50.00 will be insured.
Hawaii or Alaska buyers- The shipping cost listed may not be accurate since these prices reflect an averaged fee.
We re-use/recycle shipping materials from a local children's shop. We hope you will find it easy to recycle or reuse these materials as well.
We are happy to ship outside the U.S. Please keep in mind that heavier or large items will usually cost about $25.00 to ship. We do not charge extra for handling or shipping to other countries- the weight of the item and size of the box determine the price.
Local Chicago area pick-up may be arranged.
If your tracking number shows your order as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your local post office. They will be able to use your tracking number and GPS locater to see exactly where the order was delivered.
This shop accepts Credit cards, PayPal, Etsy gift cards, and money orders. You will be sent a confirmation when your payment has been received. PayPal users- PLEASE be sure that PayPal has your correct shipping address, because that is the only address displayed to us and thus is the address to which your item will be shipped.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your item arrives with damage from the shippers, please send us a photograph of the item and shipping materials, so that we can make a claim with USPS or FedEx.
