Shipping I ship via USPS First Class for domestic and international orders, unless you the customer chooses to upgrade your shipping to: Priority or Priority Express (US only)
I provide tracking numbers on all U.S. orders
International shipments receive a customs number only. This is not an actual tracking number, although you can see each time the envelope is scanned.
First Class Mail shipping charges are as follows: USA... First pattern is $2.98 each additional pattern is $.50 CANADA First pattern is $9.75 each additional pattern is $.3.00 ALL OTHER COUNTRIES First pattern $13.75 each additional pattern is $3.75 for most of the items. Please keep in mind that some patterns are quite heavy and do cost a bit more to ship as the additional item. All shipping costs are listed in your cart before you checkout.
For Priority (US only) each additional pattern is the same as above
I can add insurance for the amount of the order on US orders only . Please contact me ahead of time so I can make adjustments in the shipping costs.
All duties and or import charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
I can accept the major credit cards directly through Etsy. I also can accept payment through PAYPAL. Sorry no checks.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
