If an item arrives damaged from the service that delivered it and you fear that the item has also been damaged, please refuse delivery and state the damage as the reason. Following that, please notify me with the details. That way I can deal with the delivery service to make things right and we can start working on how to make you happy.
Returns & exchanges
If an item is being sold as-is, it is a final sale with no returns. Otherwise, I'd be happy to accept a return within 21 days from the date of delivery. I just ask that you notify me with the reason and we can then make arrangements to deal with the return.
