Dear customer a few things you should know, First - please before you purchase make sure all your ship to information is correct. You pay for your shipping and if the item is returned to us that charge is your cost. We want you to enjoy your purchase so Please READ our Policy page and the description of the item(s) carefully BEFORE you make your purchase. It is up to the customer to make sure the item is what they want and that they read the policy's of the store so it meets with their approval. A happy customer is our goal.
Most of the items being sold are either Vintage, antique or Re-purposed Upcycled items. Vintage - Antique means old and possibly used at some time. Almost all vintage will have some wear. Also vintage items often were made before certain concerns such as lead paint. Keep that in mind. Any electrical appliance can stop working at any time. Also unless stated electrical wiring is original - use care when using old electrical equipment. We make no guarantees. If not vintage the items are for supplies to make Art or Craft pieces or decoration
Note that shipping is not controlled by us - including delays by the carrier If you require a signature confirmation the cost for that would be an additional $3.00. Convo with that request. Books generally are less expensive shipped via media mail - however it does take longer so keep that in mind if you are in a rush
Props are not included in the sale, only the item or items described are the item(s) for sale. Read the description carefully. Convo with questions. Colors can vary due to light, background or even your monitor. All sizes approximate.
We make no claims as to the continued working or the safety of our vintage items. We want you to enjoy your purchases and avoid misunderstandings. Always convo with questions. SHIPPING We normally ship within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. If you have special requirements please convo us prior to purchase so we can make different arrangements. We do our best to get packages out as soon and as well packaged as possible.
We ship USPS, USPS priority and FedEx. If for some reason you need a different shipping type PLEASE contact us first so we can see what the difference in shipping costs and travel time will be, you may have to pay more. We may or may not be able to change for you.
If you purchase an item and provide the shipping address it is up to you, not us,to make sure the address is current and the post office or other carrier service can deliver packages to that address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable and it was not our error, we are not responsible for the extra postage that would be required to resend the item. Nor does it mean that we will be refunding the purchase price. No shipping cost will be refunded. We your item is sent to a unverified address that you provide we are not responsible for it being undeliverable. We will try to contact you before shipping if an address shows it as being unverified. You need to contact us before we have to ship which is 3 days from purchase.
Any dispute no matter what the reason must be brought to our attention within 1 day of your receiving the shipment to the address we were told to ship to. Be sure to keep all the original labels, packing material and box.
PLEASE NOTE International customers: For any purchase outside the United States we will do our best to make sure your package arrives safely, but we are not responsible for a package once it has left the United States. We cannot guarantee a safe delivery to other countries. For this reason we may reserve the right not to sell certain items to international buyers.
Shipping costs are estimated using the farthest distance in the United States that our items might be shipped to. If there is a significant difference between the amount you pay and the amount we were charged we will automatically issue a partial refund based on the costs. NOTE: Alaska and Hawaii may require extra shipping costs, please contact us first before buying so we can tell you the shipping cost to your area!
Also be aware that some items need special handling, this adds to shipping costs due to wrapping, special tapping and double boxing if necessary. We want your item to arrive safely and undamaged.
We can often combine shipping if you purchase several items at once, but be aware due to the nature of some products they cannot be packaged with other items, we will always let you know if this is the case.
Payment method is due at time of sale through Paypal, direct checkout or Etsy gift cards. All other types of payments please contact us first and we can talk it over. We would be happy to reserve an item or two for you for a few days, again convo us and we will make arrangements.

Additional return information
Refunds and Exchanges All sales are final unless we have made an error in the description. If such an error occurs you must contact us immediately, no later than 24 hours of delivery to discuss resolution. We would only refund the value of the item, not shipping costs to or from you. If a return is requested please note that on items shipped free of shipping cost the cost of the shipping will be deducted from any money returned to you. READ our descriptions and look at the pictures provided carefully, if QUESTIONS please contact us first. Retain the item and packaging as it must be returned as it was received. We reserve the right to not refund if the package is not shipped back to us as well packaged as we shipped to you. Again, Please read our descriptions and look at our pictures carefully. If an item is returned with out our consent / approval no refund of any sort will be issued.
Most of our items are vintage or re-purposed items and were used and because of that will have some wear and tear. We always try to disclose any defects or problems that we feel are out of the ordinary for a vintage item.
We take pride in our vintage items and try our best to describe them accurately. If you have concerns please contact us prior to purchase. One person’s gently used or slight wear can be subjective. Tell us what you need to know and we will do our best to give you a accurate answer.
If you need exact measurements to the 16 of an inch be sure to convo us and we will do our best. Our measurements are close but due to the type of item may not be exact to the fraction.
In case your item comes broken - please know we pack all of our items with extreme care and do our best to protect them. However things can and do break occasionally when shipped. We always insure our product just in case. If an item is broken in shipping, please take pictures and keep all packing materials as they will be needed for insurance purposes. You will need to contact your local Post Office (if that was how it shipped) and show them the breakage and packaging plus be sure and take a copy of your order with you.

There is no guarantee with vintage when it comes to finding something, but we always try. Give us the type of item and a price range, we will see what we can find.
If you need time to purchase an item please contact me and I will see what I can do. Generally I can reserve an item for up to 7 days . If an item is a gift and you would like a note included we can try to help.
Please remember these are vintage and antique items. They will always have some wear and tear as they almost always were preowned and sometimes are quite old.
