Hand dyed deep purple 100% merino superwash sock yarn

This listing is for one skein of 100% merino superwash yarn, hand dyed with deep purple, blues, and some maroon undertones. This yarn is great for knitting, crochet, and is strong enough for weaving as well.

It is two-ply yarn, incredibly soft, and the colorway is deep and luxurious. It is approximately 400 yards in length and weighs 100 grams. This is enough to make a pair of socks, a scarf, or a small shawl....make sure to check the yarn requirements for your pattern. Two skeins are available, for a larger project I recommend alternating between skeins since each skein has slightly different amounts of each color.

This was dyed using professional acid dyes in my smoke free home. I attempted to capture the colors as best as I could, but appearance will vary based on your computer screen. I take pictures of the yarn in both the shade and sun to give the best feel for the yarn.

For care, I recommend hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry to best preserve your handmade item.
