The address to which your order will ship is the address that is provided upon checkout and payment. Please take a minute upon checkout and verify that your ship to address is where you would like your order to be mailed.
My turn around for processing is very fast, typically same or next day. My processing time will never be longer than 1-2 weeks guaranteed, which means I will absolutely ship your order with USPS within that time frame.
I ship all packages with Tracking and you will receive an email with a link which connects you to the United States Postal Service website that will keep you updated on your packages where abouts from check in at the post office to delivery in your mailbox or post office box. Tracked mail by USPS does not have promised/assured shipping time except for Overnight delivery. Priority 2-5 day service and Priority 1-3 day service are not guaranteed ship times. I do not offer refunds, if you contact me and I have already processed and shipped your package I will not issue a refund.
My processing time is 1 -2 weeks. I do not ship packages on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I DO NOT offer refunds in my Etsy shop, should you have a problem with something you bought from me please convo me and let me know and I will do what I can to resolve the situation.
I do select custom orders, please contact me by clicking on the CUSTOM ORDER REQUEST on my shop page and I will work to design a custom sticker or set of stickers that will meet your planning needs. Custom orders may not be cancelled for any reason.
