Please remember that all monitors show colors differently; I've made every effort to photograph the yarn in natural light to show the color at its truest. I've also done my best to avoid any knots during the plying process, as well as to make sure that there are no tangles in the completed skein.
All my yarn is spun in a cat-friendly, smoke free home (and sometimes I even spin outside!) and safely stored in cat-proof containers prior to shipping. The yarn is also soaked with Soak so it blooms a little bit and has a chance to relax--we should all be so lucky. My batts are carded indoors, in the same cat-friendly, smoke free environment.

Shipping within the United States will be either via USPS Parcel Post or Priority, depending on the weight of the package. Shipping to destinations outside the US will be done as economically as possible; customers outside the US will also be responsible for VAT and/or any customs-related fees.
I now accept both Paypal and direct checkout. Vermont customers will be charged 6% sales tax.
Returns & exchanges
Refunds will only be issued in the event of order cancellation and any damage to your items or if they're lost in transit, stolen by aliens, or eaten by dinosaurs. This applies to spinning fiber as well as yarn, with the exception of yarn that is unwound and partially used or spinning fiber that has been unpacked, prepped for spinning, and/or partly spun.
Custom spinning orders: I can only handle fiber in amounts up to a pound since--gasp!--I'm only one person. In order to get custom yarn spun, from start to finish the process takes at least a week between the actual spinning and the soaking/drying/finishing. If you're not sure about what's involved or have any questions about either the process or what I can and can't do with fiber, please don't hesitate to contact me. I'm here to share information as well as my skills.
