**INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY** If you provide an incomplete or wrong address and the package is returned to me, I will send an invoice for the cost of postage to re-ship the package to you. I will re-send your package once it is paid and you have provided the correct address.
Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days (this does not include Saturday or Sunday or holidays). using Canada Post regular parcel service which is the cheapest way to go.
If shipping charges have been estimated more than 50 cents over the actual shipping charge, we will issue you a refund of the excess.
IMPORTANT We cannot guarantee the delivery time for shipping. Once the item has been shipped it is out of our control. Shipping to the U.S typically takes between 7 and 14 days. For an additional fee, we can ship items express which will get them to you sooner but there is no guarantee and .If you need an item by a specific date please order well in advance to ensure that there is enough time for it to arrive in time. I cannot consider a shipment lost until 3 weeks have passed.
You may also need to pay customs, duties or taxes on your purchase in your jurisdiction. These charges are not included in the cost of shipping and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged or Lost Items
For items damaged in transit, please contact me to discuss the matter. I will require photos so please hang on to all the packaging material as well as the damaged item. Damaged items will be refunded in full, including the original shipping cost. We request that you return the damaged item before shipping out the replacement.
Please keep in mind that all of our wood items are made with knotty pine and may have natural imperfections such as knots, lines, slight warping, small cracks or grain patterns. We feel that these imperfections add character to the signs, and we do not attempt to hide them.
