Your package will be carefully packed and most of the Items in my shop will be shipped either 1-2 OR 1-3 business days of payment clearing. The "made to order" items will be shipped with 1-3 business days. I will let you know if it takes longer depending on the order size. If you purchase multiple items and one says "ready to shipped" and another is "1-3 business days", I will shipped all of your items in one package within 1-3 business days. If you need it sooner, please convo me.
Your item will be shipped to the address you provided to Etsy. Please let me know before paying if you need me to should ship it somewhere else. My shipping fee includes the cost of packaging material and postal fees.
**Please note that I will provide a tracking number for your order; however, I am not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages**. I thank you in advance for your understanding.
NOTE: As of September 3, 2017, the post office increased the postage cost so unfortunately, there is a slight increase in the S&H for this shop as well. I have and will continue to offer free shipping on orders $50.00 or more (total amount prior to shipping charges). I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Please contact me within 5 calendar days of delivery date (determined by delivery tracking confirmation) if the item was damaged or if you are simply not happy with it. If you are returning an item for a refund, the cost of sending the item shall be incurred by you. Lastly, once I receive the package, I will issue your refund.
Unfortunately, after 5 calendar days of delivery date, I will not accept any refunds.
Please note that the following items are a FINAL sale, no returns for refunds as they are either handmade specifically for the buyer and/or are sealed in original packaging:
1. Any custom orders 2. Paper or felt flower orders 3. Any items that are noted "FINAL SALE" in the individual listings
