We usually send items through the US Post Office, however, we do price check whenever we think we can get you a better rate. Our goal is to have your item shipped within 2 business days of your purchase, but we usually manage to mail it within a day.
Shipping quotes on large items, such as furniture, are estimates. Some items may cost more, depending on where it is being shipped. We will pay up to a $5.00 discrepancy and then we reserve the right to generate another invoice to cover the difference. If the price is more than you would like to pay, you can cancel your order without any problems and your money will be fully refunded. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Returns & exchanges
If an item is damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days. Most items sent through the post office come with some type of insurance with the amount relative to the service type (example: standard shipping is $50.00). If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please let us know before checkout.
Upon the return of the item, we will be happy to refund your money. Unfortunately, since we are a small operation, we will not be able to pay for return shipping.
