Made-to-order items ship 3-4 weeks from the date your order is placed, OR from the date you approve your plaque or debossing proof.
RUSH Policy: If you need a made-to-order item sooner, contact us about the availability of RUSH orders. If we are able to accommodate your rush order, we will charge a 50% rush fee for jobs requiring a turnaround of fewer than 2 weeks (fewer than 3 weeks for jobs with blind debossing or silkscreening.) Keep in mind that we may also need to expedite shipping to get these items to you quickly.
Domestic Shipping: Items ship* either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If you would like faster shipping, send us a convo and we'll set it up for you.
International Shipping: Items shipping outside the United States will ship USPS Express Mail International 3-5 day, insured, with delivery confirmation when available.
Contact us if you're concerned about getting your books in time, or would like to add extra insurance/delivery confirmation to your order. We'll do our best to help you out!

*We strongly believe in re-use and in being kind to the earth, so we often ship our items with clean, re-used packing materials. Our shipping boxes are sturdy and brand-new, but you may find some wacky scraps of bubble wrap and paper inside your box. Not to worry, your books are beautiful and safe inside.*
Payment Types: We accept major credit cards, Paypal, and Etsy gift cards.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, you may do so up to 24 hours after your order has been placed, no worries. Cancellations after that cannot be fully refunded.
Refunds: See "Refund Policy" below for details.
Returns & exchanges
Due to the amount of labor and love that goes into our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on made-to-order items. However, we will go to great lengths to answer any questions you have before ordering to ensure that your order arrives perfect.
We do, of course, guarantee the quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship of our products. If we have made a mistake on your order, we will happily offer you a refund or replacement.
Please keep in mind that there are natural variations in our materials -- different color threads in the cloth, scuffs on the leather, etc.
We are not responsible for any damages/losses that occur once items have shipped. That said, we'll gladly help you get to the bottom of any unresolved issues.
