I offer prompt, secure, shipping. I ship mostly with USPS, using Priority, and First Class Mail, with included tracking. For larger and/or heavier items I sometimes use USPS Standard Post, or UPS. I always send a shipping notification with info shortly after shipping so you will know your package is on the way. My shipping fees reflect the effort that goes into properly packing your item and getting it processed at the Post Office. Also, please know that if you purchase multiple items, I can usually combine shipping, (unless purchased items cannot be packaged together), saving on shipping costs, in which case I will promptly issue a refund to reflect the cost of the combined items shipping fees.
I offer many ways for customers to pay, including Paypal, Direct Checkout, Etsy Gift Cards, and Check. When paying by check: send check to the address provided to you when your order is placed. I will contact you when I have received your check payment and then will deposit your check into my bank account. When the check clears, I will promptly ship your purchase, and you will be notified through a shipping notification that your order is on the way to you.
Returns & exchanges
Damaged items will be refunded but must be returned to me in the original packaging, before I can issue a refund for original purchase price of item. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
I strive to provide accurate information on all items listed in my shop with good pictures and written descriptions, so it is my desire that my customers know what they are purchasing and are happy upon reciept. That being said, I do want happy customers, so I will work with REASONABLE requests for purchase price only. No original, or return, shipping costs will be refunded.
