For shipping within the United States, packages are shipped USPS First Class for up to 16 ounces and USPS Priority for over 16 ounces. Tracking is automatically downloaded for view on your purchase page. USPS Priority Shipping, within the U.S., is available at checkout for an additional cost of a few dollars. Please note, that First Class Mail can take up to two weeks for delivery. So if you need your order faster, please upgrade your shipping. Usually, the post office is pretty timely, but around the holidays, it's always a good idea to upgrade your shipping. If you'd like me to ship via UPS or FedEx, just convo me and I'll get you a price quote asap. First Class Mail tracking is a privilege Etsy users enjoy; it is not usually offered on regular mail. In saying that, sometimes, the Post Office doesn't always scan a package through its journey. This doesn't mean your package is lost or isn't coming. It just means that someone at the post office just forgot to scan your package along the way. Don't worry!
*Around the holidays, shipping can and will take longer. I know holidays are stressful when you are trying to get that special someone the perfect gift, but so is everybody else.Please understand that I am in the same situation as you, and am at the mercy of the Unites States Postal Service too. So PLEASE add insurance, PLEASE double check your shipping address and your Paypal address are correct, because I truly cannot send you another item to replace the one I originally sent to you because I have the wrong address. Of course, if it's an error on my part, I would be happy to send you a new item or issue you a refund. And PLEASE allow yourself a couple extra weeks for delivery around the holidays.
PLEASE check listings for ship times. Generally, I ship within 1-3 business days as it states in my policies. But some items ship within 5-20 business days. These listings will state if the item takes longer to ship.

International shipping is available via USPS without delivery confirmation. Packages usually take 10-90 days to ship around the world.BUT I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT IF YOUR ARE ORDERING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, YOU SHOULD UPGRADE YOUR SHIPPING TO PRIORITY. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS THAT ARE SHIPPED FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL CANNOT BE TRACKED. I AM UNABLE TO ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY ON PACKAGES LOST OR STOLEN THROUGH USPS THAT ARE SHIPPED FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL. There is no delivery confirmation, tracking or insurance available for your purchase once it leaves the U.S. I will ship anywhere, as long as you have a valid address. (Canada ships a bit faster) Unfortunately, I am unable to mark your purchase as a "gift". Thank you so much for understanding.
Please keep in mind that any Customs fees or taxes imposed by Customs for an order, are separate from the shipping charges, and left to the discretion of your local customs office. Customs fees and taxes will vary, and I recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about those fees.
*Within the U.S., delivery confirmation is included with most items shipped out. Signature confirmation can be purchased for an additional $2.35.
*It's always a good idea to add insurance. It would be extremely upsetting if your package was lost, stolen, or damaged. The Post Office can be just as frustrating as credit card companies on rare occasions. Please message me to add insurance to your package for an additonal charge. Usually this is only a couple of dollars and takes the worry away.

Credit and Debit cards are processed through Paypal but it is not necessary to have a Paypal account to pay with credit or debit. PayPal will allow you to use your Card as a guest without creating an account. When taken to the PayPal page, bypass the PayPal login, scroll down and select the "Pay with Credit or Debit" Button, this allows you to checkout as a guest!
I will also accept Money Orders, Cashier's checks, or Personal Checks. Just send me a message, and we can discuss setting something up for you. Like everyone else, I receive a lot of daily email. Half of it spam. I would be incredibly embarrassed if I was sent an email with concerns from you, and I did not receive it. So messaging on Etsy would work best if you need to contact me to ensure that I can assist you properly.

*If paying by check, please note that I will have to wait for the check to clear before shipping your items. Usually that takes anywhere from 3-10 days, depending on your bank.
*Arizona residents are subject to 8% Sales tax.
*Please, please, be sure that your shipping address on your Etsy account and Payment accounts is the one that you'd like me to ship to. I want to ensure that your package arrives, so avoiding confusion with your shipping address, is one way to expedite the shopping experience. *If Cancelling or changing an order, please do so within 24 hours. After this time, your item probably has already been shipped. I will issue a refund on your cancellation within 3-5 days if done so before the 24 hour mark. Please note: I have been made aware that on Credit Card refunds, it can take the credit card company up to 30 days to refund your money on your card. I apologize in advance, but, as we all know, credit card companies are very frustrating.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I am not equipped to issue refunds. Of course, I will gladly refund or exchange any item due to a defect or an error on my part. Unfortunately, if it's a post office error, my hands are tied. (Insurance...always a good idea!) If you do have any issues, please convo me, so that we can work out a satisfactory arrangement. I'm here to serve you, my guest. So I will move heaven and earth to ensure a positive experience for you. You can love your Jewels....but remember...they aren't meant to be worn 24-7....To keep your jewels tangle and tarnish-free...store them in individual air-tight sealed baggies. Don't jump in the shower or pool with your jewels!! Would you jump in the pool with your favorite outfit on? Jewelry is not meant for water! Keep your jewels bright, shiny, and tarnish free by cleaning them with a polishing cloth. (Sold in my store) *Silver plated jewelry can be polished with a cloth but gently so as not to rub the plating off.
I sell sterling silver and plated jewelry. Remember : All plated materials are not solid precious metals and have a base metal underneath the plating. They can oxidize..please take care of them accordingly so they last as long as possible.
*Copper jewelry WILL patina over time. To clean, soak your copper item in lemon juice for a few minutes, rinse, and dry well. It will be nice and shiny once again!
