We ship within 2 business days of payment received. Small items are shipped First Class with the USPS. It is insured and tracked. Larger items are shipped either via Priority Mail, Parcel Select, or FedEx.
Buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes that must be paid on the item.
We offer Direct Check Out and Paypal which accepts debit or credit cards for your convenience.
We will also accept USPS Money Orders. Note that this is the only issuer of money orders that we accept. Once received, there is a 5 day waiting period prior to your item being shipped.
9.8% Sales Tax is collected for shipping destinations within Washington state.
Returns & exchanges
As a rule of thumb, we do not take returns. If, however, I have somehow misrepresented an item, I will gladly refund your monies including your return shipping.
If after making a purchase the buyer just changes their mind returns will be accepted minus a 15% restocking fee. Please contact me prior to shipping anything back. In the rare event of a return the buyer pays shipping.
NOTE: Any and ALL items returned MUST contact us prior to shipping AND the item must arrive in the exact condition that it was shipped to the customer originally.
If the item is destroyed, please take photos of the box, the packaging, and the item and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your contact information.
Some countries prohibit shipping certain items. In those cases, we will let you know and then cancel your order. You will be refunded any and all monies paid.
Please let us know if any item has arrived damaged. All shipments are insured.
