I always like to cross check addresses when you have made a purchase, so please make sure to check for conversations made on etsy, as I will be waiting for your reply before I ship. After 1 day of purchasing & I have NOT received confirmation on the address posted on paypal, I will ship to that address, so make sure that is the address you would like it to be shipped to. I will not be held responsible with re-shipping charges if the item is returned to me because of incorrect address.

I ship Wednesday, Friday & Saturday's. No shipping will be made Sundays or on special Holidays.

BeadieandThings packages are shipped USPS First Class. There is no tracking information available with this service. If you would like another option - insurance, delivery confirmation or express shipping - please contact me prior to checkout so that an adjusted invoice with the changes can be sent to you.

Returns & exchanges

I like to see ALL my customers happy. I try my best to describe every piece with lots of details. However if for whatever reason you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping or aren't completely happy with it (the size isnt correct etc), please CONTACT ME FIRST, by sending me a message with details of the issue, before leaving feedback. I would be willing to provide an exchange or full refund - excluding shipping, with original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt.

**All Returns are subject to a 15% stocking fee**

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping both ways.
