All my items are packaged very carefully and protected the best way possible. I use MyHermes Courier for small and medium UK parcels. For large parcels I usually use Royal Mail Parcelforce. PLEASE NOTE:Shipping from the UK can be expensive. I am dismayed at how much large or heavy items cost to send abroad. I base my postage on shipping to the USA, Europe and other countries, usually via Royal Mail which seems to be the lowest cost for the best service. International parcels should arrive approximately 7 days after dispatch. International buyers, please be aware of the customs and import taxes for your own country.

I aim to ship your order within 7 days of receiving it, but it is usually sooner than that. Please let me know if you need it urgently and I will try to meet your needs. If you would like urgent courier services the costs are for the buyer to cover.

If an item arrives damaged or broken I will need photographic evidence of both the item and the packaging/box. I cannot refund any part of your order without this evidence, as I am unable to claim without it. If the broken item was part of a set I can only replace the broken item not the whole set. This is rare, but it does happen, and often a shipping company has exclusions preventing claims for fragile items such as glass and other breakables. All items are shipped intact and very well packed, I think it's fair that we share the risk of sending fragile items. Please keep in mind that I am just a person working from home with a small shop and a small turnover, I am nota big company, therefore any loss is felt by me.

Please contact me straight away if there is a problem with your purchase. If you contact me more than 48 hours after the tracking has stated it has been delivered, I will not replace for damage. If you'd like to return your item, refunds are accepted within 7 days, providing the the item is packaged in the same way as it was sent, and is received by me in the same condition as I sent it. Unfortunately I cannot refund your postage costs, outward or return, in these circumstances. Please contact me before returning any items so that shipping instructions can be provided.

If your order doesn't reach you, any loss will have to be investigated. Please bear with me during this process, as it can take up to 30 days, sometimes longer. All items are sent via tracking. I cannot be held responsible for the loss of your item by a postal company and I cannot refund any part of your order if I cannot recover the costs myself. You are always welcome to chase the postal company to recover the costs yourself. I also cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information given on a buyers postal address. I will ship it to the address as it appears on your Etsy order. If your item has not been delivered because of a fault on the address I cannot be held accountable for that and will not be able to offer a refund.
