Thank you for considering us to make you a personalized frame for that special occasion. There are many people on Etsy selling a similar frame, and to be honest, all the raw frames are coming from the same supplier. The difference is the decorating, many are a piece of paper glued to the wood frame, some are painted with a vinyl decal stuck to the front, and some are hand painted and lettered. Ours are different in that we print directly on the wood using a process that we have used for almost 20 years, the last 10 we have been using on wood. It won't smudge, scratch, run, peel off, or fade. You can clean with a damp sponge without any worry of the image wiping off. We have pieces that were done 10 years ago that are still as vibrant and sharp as they were the day they were made.
Each frame is designed and made especially for you. You can have it made exactly like the sample in in the listing, or choose your background and words. Etsy does not provide for test entry so please leave any text customization in the "Add a note to Athousandwordsframe" in the cart before proceeding to checkout.
You have four options when you make your purchase:
1: No proof or picture
When you order you will pick your background and leave your, quote/text/names in the "Add a note" box. Your frame will be shipped in 5-7 business days, you won't hear from us unless we have a question. Your frame will arrive ready to insert your photo.
2: No proof w/picture
Same as option 1 but we professionally print, and insert you photo. If you choose this option please send your photo in .jpg, .tiff, or .pdf form after purchase through the "contact" or "ask a question" buttons on our page.
3: Proof but no picture
You choose your background, and enter your text in the "Add a note" box just as with option 1 but in 1-2 business days you will receive a first artwork proof to review. You may either approve as is or ask to see changes or options. We will go back and for with you until you say it's perfect. As with option one your frame will arrive ready to insert your photo. Your frame will be shipped 5-7 business days after final artwork approval.
4: Proof but no picture
Same as option 3 but with picture.
We ship your order by USPS First Class, or upgraded Priority Mail 1-3 Day.
Frame measures 8” x 8” with a 3.5” x 3.5” photo opening. Picture glass(not plastic) is included with your frame, a stand for setting your frame on a shelf, or mantle, and a d-ring for hanging.
We do accept rush orders but please contact us first and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline.
