These custom wedding photo frames are all handmade in the USA from decorative western red cedar and cypress wood. Each wedding frame has one 8x10 photo opening in the center, and two 5x7 photo openings (one on the left of the 8x10, and one on the right). The outer part of these personalized frames is smooth sanded and stained with a walnut color. The inner part of these personalized frames (the matting) is smooth sanded and unstained (has the natural color of the cypress wood). These wedding frames are treated with a high quality clear wood sealer and come with plexiglass, photo backing, push points, and picture frame hanger.

These beautiful handmade wedding frames can be purchased personalized or non personalized.

To purchase this wedding photo frame personalized, follow the directions for personalizing the frame listed below, or contact me directly via convo for special personalized requirements. After purchasing this wedding frame personalized, to ensure the frame is personalized to your specifications, I will build the frame, make a stencil of your personalized request, place the stencil on the frame (without painting it), and then send you a photo of the frame with the stencil placed on the frame for your final approval.

1. IF YOU WANT ONLY THE TOP OF THE FRAME PERSONALIZED:

b. select 'Top Personalized' from the 'Personalized' options menu - the personalization phrase you communicate to me in the 'note to seller' will be painted on the frame centered OVER the middle 8x10 photo opening (to see the color and font used for the personalization, view the TOP of the personalized frame in the listing photos)

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

At WoodBirdFeederFrenzy we understand the importance of shipping products quickly and cost effectively. Our default shipping carrier is UPS, but we will also use USPS if the rate is cheaper. In most cases, we will ship orders in 1-3 business days using standard domestic shipping (UPS GROUND). However, there are times when an order is not able to be shipped within 1-3 business days, like when raw materials for making our products are not available from our suppliers, or certain times of year when sales are extremely high (like from "Black Friday" all the way thru Christmas).. In these cases when an order can’t be shipped in 1-3 business days, we will fulfill the order as soon as we are able to (normally within 4-7 business days). If we are unable to fulfill an order in 4-7 business days, we will contact you and provide you with an updated shipping date.

In order to ship our products we must have a UPS or PAYPAL verified address. We DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.

Currently, we only ship our products to the 48 contiguous United States (NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING).


Payments

Payment for an order of our products is due upon checkout. When payment is made and the funds are transferred to our account we will begin the order fulfillment process and ship your order, normally within 1-3 business days (see shipping policy below). We are required to charge Florida residents sales tax on all purchases.


Returns & exchanges

OUR REFUND / RETURN POLICY

At WoodBirdFeederFrenzy we want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase, so we offer a SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. After purchase, shipment, and receipt of our product(s), if a customer is unsatisfied with his/her purchase of our product(s), we will issue a refund when the following requirements are met:

1. Contact us within 14 days of purchase date to obtain a return authorization number

2. Return the product(s) to us in new (unused) condition in the same package within 30 days of purchase with the return authorization number

Product(s) returned to us in used condition or without a return authorization number will be rejected and sent back to the customer. We recommend getting insured service for return shipments because we will not accept responsibility for return shipments which are damaged or lost.

When the customer fully meets our requirements for a refund (as described above) we will refund the full purchase price of the product(s) minus a 30% restocking fee, to the customers paypal account within 3 – 7 business days. We are not able to refund the original shipping or return shipping cost.

OUR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT POLICY

All of our natural real wood bird feeders, houses, and poles are meticulously hand made in the USA from the finest USA materials and personally inspected for quality in our workshop. Additionally, those products that require assembly (our woodpecker feeder tree and bird feeder poles), are thoroughly tested for use, fit, and functionality (assembled, tested, and then disassembled for shipment). Because of our stringent product quality standards, we are confident that all of the product(s) we ship are of the highest quality and free of defects in material and workmanship. However, there may be rare cases where a product is damaged during shipment. In these rare cases, we will replace the damaged product (at no additional charge), but please adhere to the following conditions:

1. The customer will contact us within 24 hours of receiving damaged product(s) providing a detailed description of what is wrong with the product(s) – in some cases we may require the customer to provide photos of the damaged product(s) for verification purposes. After receipt of the damaged product inquiry, we will then send the customer a return authorization number.

2. The customer returns the damaged product(s) to us in the same packaging in new (unused) condition with the return authorization number within 7 days of purchase. After receipt of the damaged product(s) with the correct return authorization number we will ship the new replacement product(s) to the customer within 7-10 business days.
