PACKAGING & GIFT WRAP All items are boxed carefully for shipping to prevent any damage from occuring during transport. I would be happy to send any item as a gift for you and will include a gift note with the order. Please specify this in the "message to seller" box during the Etsy checkout process.

The post office claims 10 -14 business days for International delivery, however shipping times vary greatly... visit the USPS web site for estimate time deliveries. NOTE: I can not give you an exact delivery date or promise that your package will arrive by a certain day, as there are no guarantees made by the postal service due to possible delays in customs at the borders.
TRACKING INFORMATION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. We can NOT tell you where your order is during transit- only the ship date and delivery date once it arrives.
Often international shipments are held at your local post office for pickup (not just dropped at your doorstep), so PLEASE be sure to check there if you are waiting on your order...often they forget to leave you a note.
Depending on your country, customs charges or taxes may be due when you receive your package. These charges are your responsibility and are decided by the receiving country where you live.
INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS, PLEASE ORDER EARLY IF YOU ARE WANTING YOUR ITEM FOR A SPECIFIC DATE. Some international locations, even Canada, can take 4 weeks or more to arrive...it just really depends on customs as well as the postal service in your country.
BUYERS in CHINA, VIETNAM, PHILLIPINES, THAILAND, TAIWAN, MALAYSIA, AND INDONESIA...due to an excessive number of packages that have gone missing during transit, I can no longer ship to these locations. Sorry for the disappointment.
