*US ORDERS: We ship all fabrics via USPS to all US customers. *INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Once an order leaves the US; I CANNOT TRACK IT AND I DO NOT KNOW THE CARRIER.
*All fabric orders will have a tracking number. A Shipping Notification which includes a Tracking Number; will be emailed to you. This notification will give you an estimated delivery date for your order. In the case of a non-delivered package, please contact me first for further investigation.
*International Orders (outside of the US), please allow up to 45 *Business Days for receipt of your order. Delays may occur with Customs in either country. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
*All Customs fees, Duty fees, Taxes and Charges imposed by other countries are the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the BUYER.

Please choose and purchase your selections accurately. Please ensure that fabric width and yardage length, as well as pillow covers and table linen; are accurate and correct before finalizing your sales transaction. * YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT BECAUSE OF YOUR ERROR. If you are unsure of size, color or texture; please request to purchase a fabric sample.
*We inspect (to the best of our ability) all fabric and merchandise .prior to shipping. If the fabric or merchandise is flawed upon receipt; please contact us. Once the flawed fabric or merchandise is returned and received by us; we will replace it or issue a refund.
*Fabric is cut specifically for your order, and is considered a custom order. Fabric Orders cannot be returned for a refund.
*No unauthorized returns will be refunded.
*The color of each fabric is shown as best as possible. Monitor colors vary and there may or may not be a slight color difference. If you are unsure of the color and texture, please order a fabric sample before purchasing.
*If you have any questions or concerns regarding fabric color, scale of the pattern, fabric content, etc; please message me.
*All custom work orders for ( pillows, pillow covers and table/bed linen) are non-refundable.
*Any international shipment that is refused based on customs fees etc, is subject to a 40% restocking fee. The restocking fee is deducted from your refund; if a refund is issued.
*IF THE TRACKING INFO STATES THAT YOUR ORDER WAS DELIVERED TO YOU; YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER REPLACEMENT AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
