Items ship within 48hrs. International- Any shipping overages over 1.00 will refunded. If shipping amount paid is not enough to cover all shipping costs, I will send you a bill for the balance and ship after its paid.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Vintage Items: If noted on listings or not- No returns, refunds or exchanges on vintage items so please pick carefully.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may notify me and return it within 10 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their origial package and undamaged. You will received a full refund of the items only, no shipping will be refunded unless I made a mistake and is why its being returned. LOST- If there is delivery confirmation NO refund will be issued. **International LOST- The refunds of the items are at my discretion, but shipping will not be refunded since tracking will show the package was sent to you and I may take a picture of the package and send it to you as further proof that your package was shipped.
EXCHANGES If I made a mistake on an order, the item(s)may be returned and I will ship a replacement at my own expense. (providing I have it in stock, if not made it will be shipped as soon as it is finished.) But if I have done all that was stated in the items description and the buyer is nonetheless dissatisfied we will replace or exchange the item(s) purchased and bill the buyer for shipping, I will charge extra for the service.
LOSSES- Once the item is shipped out, it is no longer my responsiblility to replace or refund lost orders especially if it has tracking and it shows as delivered. If you want insurance on your domestic order let me know and Ill bill your account for the extra costs.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER: Once it ships I will not be responsible to replace or refund lost orders. I do not ship electric tools outside of the USA because of the high chance of damage during shipping. If you want to take the full risk, then Ill ship your order out to you. If the electric tool is damaged during shipping I am not responsible for it concerning returns or refunds, the risk is yours not mine. I do test all electronic items before shipping no matter if its domestic or international.
On Vintage items- The sale is final - with no returns, refunds or exchanges.
