Shipping
I will carefully and beautifully package each item and ship each item via USPS for most items when payment is received. A tracking number will be emailed to you when the item ships. Shipping time may vary based on current times of the shipping company, which I have no control over. If you need something by a certain time, please let me know. I cannot guarantee a delivery date, as I cannot control when your postal service carrier will deliver an item to your mailbox. You must purchase upgraded shipping if you want something by a certain time. I will not be able to process a refund if an item doesn't arrive on time unless you ship it back to me.

Pre-made, on-hand orders will ship the next business day, and made to order items will ship in 1-2 weeks. I usually do my orders on weekends so they ship on Mondays. More time may be needed on items that have drying or curing times. I will let you know before hand if there will be more time needed. For example, epoxy takes 3-5 days to properly cure. Custom orders may take 5 business days, or more, depending on the materials needed to make it.


Payments

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. I cannot guarantee a delivery date, as I cannot control when your postal service carrier will deliver an item to your mailbox. You must purchase upgraded shipping if you want something by a certain time. I will not be able to process a refund if an item doesn't arrive on time unless you ship it back to me. You may process a return but you are responsible for shipping.


Returns & exchanges

If you are ever unhappy or unsatisfied with a purchase from my shop, please contact me so I can make it right. I cannot be responsible for an item after it ships. I will work with you if your package is lost by the postal service, but once it says "delivered" I will take it as so.

Returns
My refund policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. I do not accept returns on personalized products.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ambersartistries@hotmail.com and send your item to: PO Box 441, Elmira, California United States 95625.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 441, Elmira, California United States 95625. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items such as headbands are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.

For custom orders, I will send an photo of the final product to ensure it was what you are envisioning prior to shipment. Proofs are not sent until after payment is received.
