The Glass Caddy is an efficient way to store your glass. The rack has 15 slots that can hold up to three pieces of glass each. The size of the rack is designed for glass not larger than 12 x 12 in. The rack will store up to 45 square feet of glass.
Great accessory to add to your stained glass tools or supplies.

I may be able to adjust shipping for multiple items on the same order from my shop. I will try to compact the order to save you the most I can on shipping.
Shipping items valued over $100 will be sent "Signature Required For Delivery"
This is a safeguard for both of us!
I know you don't want your big box left on your doorstep for the whole world to drive by and look at and wonder about....
Our shipping prices include shipping and handling.
Any shipping and handling overages will be cheerfully and promptly refunded.
Once payment is received, I will ship ASAP.

I pack all of my items carefully like they are my own with a great attention to detail.
Multiple items may be individually wrapped for safety.

My store recycles whenever possible {packing peanuts, bubble wrap, bags to wrap your items in}.
I use boxes from the USPS and ship items via United States Priority Mail.

Etsy automatically lets you know when your order has shipped and sends you the tracking number if it shipped Priority Mail. First Class shipping has no tracking.
If for some reason we are unable to match the expected shipping date I will let you know immediately.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

If your item gets lost, I am sorry I suggest you go check you post office or a customs office to see if they are holding it for some reason.
You are responsible for any duties, tariffs or VAT charges. It is against the law for me to pay them.
If you are ordering Internationally there may show a difference in price because of the currency exchange, which of course I have no control over.
Tracking numbers are not available for international orders unfortunately.
The cost for that makes it unrealistic to use.
Yes, International shipping is high. Every order weighs different, the cost of shipping to places around the world is different.
After the order is placed and packed I will then do a refund if there is any monies left to refund.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are returning an item, you, the buyer, are responsible for all the shipping, both ways.
If you re order something you will responsible for that shipping also
Any shipping overages over $1.00 will be refunded.

Additional policies

Shipping in the lower 48 states is trackable if it is Priority Mail. 1st Class mail isn't normally trackable, unless it has insurance.
Not all of our items are shipped internationally.
We are not responsible for lost International orders. We are sorry if an item gets lost or hung up in customs, but once the items leaves our shop with International shipping we cannot do much to help find it.
