No. Tracking is offered by Canada Post, and can be added to your order, but I do not automatically include it on every order due to high cost. If you wish to add it, select the 'with tracking' option when checking out, and any shipping overages over $2 will be issued once your item has shipped.

No, clearance items or sale items will not be accepted for returns. I make sure all my clearance items are marked as such clearly (both in the title in bold letters, and the description as well).

Yes! As long as it's not personalized with a name, I will accept a return on custom work. The item must be sent back within 3 days of receiving it, unused, clean, in new condition, pet and smoke free. Once I receive the item and inspect it, a refund will be sent your way.

Everything in my shop can be washed with cold water in laundry with like colours, and tumble dried on low. Top-hats should be air dried if possible, this helps the hat re-shape and keep its form. For any hats with hair (like my lions mane hats), it's best to wash in cold water by hand and let it air dry. This will help the yarn stay together.

All shipping is done via Canada Post, and most of my shipping is done on Saturday/Sunday. Items that are ready to ship are mailed out 1-5 days after payment is received, please allow a turn around time of 1-2 weeks after payment is received for custom orders to be shipped.

Payment for custom orders is due before any custom work will begin. Payments made for custom work is non-refundable. If there are any issues, please let me know so I can fix it!

If you need something quickly, let me know by message and I will create a custom listing for the additional shipping costs.

Payment is due before shipping, and it can be done by PayPal, credit card, or Etsy gift card.

If you are placing a custom order, the items will not be started until the full payment has been received.

Additional return information
*Returns are not accepted on Clearance items*

Returns are accepted on everything in my shop except clearance items. The item must be sent back within 3 days of receiving it, as they were shipped to you, unused, free of pet hair, smoke and dirt. Once received and inspected, a full refund will be sent to you, minus shipping costs.

Returns for custom orders are accepted on a case by case basis. Things with names or dates applied to the product can not be returned.

If the item has been used or has pet hair, dirt or smoke, a refund will not be sent.
Additional policies

If something is off with an item you've ordered, like size or color, don't hesitate to let me know!

Send me a message and I would be happy to work with you and correct it. If a new item needs to be made, the original must be sent back before the new one will be sent.
