In most cases, we ship your vintage items out 1-3 days after payment is received, standard shipping.
We are not responsible for and can not be held liable for packages after they are marked delivered by USPS.
Any item returned to us, without our return authorization, for any reason (not paying customs fees, not picking up at post office, refused packages etc) will be relisted in our shop after 24 hours, and your payment forfeited. If you would like your item resent please contact us before the 24 hours and we will send you an invoice for shipping. We do not refund unauthorized returns/refused packages. You can ask for them to be reshipped again, but will need to pay for shipping again.
We DO offer layaway plans for any item over $100 (US Dollars). 20% of the purchase must be paid upfront and is nonrefundable (if you change your mind down the line), and weekly/bi-weekley payments will be required thereafter for up to 1 month. Please contact us for more info, or to work out a payment plan.

We hope that everyone is absolutely in love with their vintage purchases from Fox & Fable Vintage, however, there are times when things just don't work out, and we understand, which is why we always offer returns, for any reason. However, please keep in mind, we do not return the shipping cost (as that was already paid to the PO) and every return is subject to a 20% restocking fee (to cover lost Etsy fees) Also, we must be contacted about a return within 2 days (48 hrs) of the item being delivered, and the item must be in the mail shipped backed with tracking, within 3 days of delivery. The item must come back to us unworn, and in the same condition that it was sent out in, or we will not issue a refund. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please Note: We do not offer partial refunds, only refunds. Items purchased on SALE or using a promo code (and CLEARANCE & AS-IS/WOUNDED BIRD items) are sold AS IS and are FINAL SALE/non-returnable.
