We ship USPS. Shipping quotes reflect the suggested rates for weight and size of package as closely as possible. If an item can be safely fitted into a Priority Flat Rate box... I will do this. And remember- several items combined can be shipped together - in a Flat Rate Box. I'm always happy to try to save shipping costs whenever I can! *** Most domestic packages are shipped with Tracking & Insured against Damages or Loss. ***The Shipping Address on the Etsy or Paypal Receipt- given by the Buyer - will always be used for shipping labeling.
*************International Orders: **************************** International packages are mailed First-Class International Mail. Most items fit within the Weight and Box Size restrictions- and qualify for First Class International. This is usually my choice for shipping. First Class International comes with a "Customs Barcode Number" only. Once a package has left the U.S. the package can no longer be tracked from the USA... it is down to each country- and the scanning they do for their packages. *Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery... sometimes (rarely) longer. Studiostebbylee is not responsible for lost packages. * If paid by Paypal- shipping labels will always use the recipient's address registered with their Paypal account and on the Receipt.
***** International Priority Mail is a shipping upgrade. Priority Mail and Insurance can be purchased upon request. Please contact me in advance of purchase- if you would like to upgrade to Priority International. Priority Mail insures that the packages are tracked from the USA to their international destinations. ********* Customs Charges: I wish I did, but I don't have any control over Customs Procedures and Law, Delivery Schedules etc. Please be aware that International Buyers might incur Customs and Duties Charges, VAT fees and etc.- the Buyer is responsible for these.
Those charges .. and any delays in delivery are beyond my control. It is down to the laws of other countries.
Packing: I wrap all pieces as securely as possible. I use scads of bubble wrap.. and I recycle tidy boxes and packing materials. Sometimes- the unthinkable happens... Please convo via Etsy Conversations to alert me to any problem ASAP. Together, we'll work it out.
I appreciate prompt notice of any damages suffered at the hands of the Postal Services used. Please Photograph and send me a picture of the damages and the packing box and materials as well. Please retain the whole shebang: box, wrapping materials and damaged item.
And again- together, we will work it out.
I accept Paypal, Money Orders, and Checks. Naturally, Checks and Money Orders will be deposited and must clear before shipping.
Please Note: All Major Credit Cards are accepted through Paypal- if you already have a Paypal account. If you are without a Paypal Account- I can offer ProPay; my preferred processor- which I use for accepting Credit Cards as a Vendor- at shows and Festivals. Upon request by Etsy convo- I will email you - via Propay- a ProPay Invoice.
Enter all your information securely- and send it back to Propay for processing the transaction. I will never see any of your card information. It is absolutely Secure.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds: Although sales are considered final- a request to return an item must be made within 3 days of receipt of the item- and is handled on a case by case basis, and is certainly reasonable if a significant error was made in the listing. Shipping charges are decided at that time. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
If the reason for return is thru no fault of info in the listing or condition of received item... we reserve the right to apply a 15% Reverse of Sale Fee.
Should the Return of an item be agreed upon by both the Buyer and myself: Refund will be applied when I receive the item back- in the same condition as it was when it left my hands. Thanks.
