This listing is for the following yarn base:
Foxy Sock – 80% Superwash British Blue-faced Leicester/20% Nylon in fingering weight. 400yds (366m)/100g (3.5oz) skein. $26US
I will do my best to match skeins, but please be aware that some colour variation will occur even within the same dyepot. If you are using multiple skeins in a project, I recommend you alternate skeins for best colour blending. I highly recommend purchasing the number of skeins you need for your project in the same order so that I can help make the yarn more consistent for you. Please keep in mind that although I use the same formula and technique to create each colourway, colour placement and saturation may vary from skein to skein. If you need more than one skein or a different yarn base, please contact me for a custom order.
Although I photograph my products in natural lighting whenever possible, please allow for some colour variation due to display on different monitors and in different environments.
I ship domestic (within the US) and anywhere internationally using the US Postal Service. For international shipping, buyer will pay all customs and duty fees.
All items will ship with insurance and with tracking and the tracking number will be sent to you for your information and convenience.
Payment will be accepted via major credit cards, PayPal, and Etsy gift cards. Because I live in Minnesota and we do not have a tax on yarn, there will be no sales tax on any yarn sales.
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so at any point until I have marked the order as shipped. With custom orders, I will try to send you a message letting you know when I will be starting your order. At that point I will not accept a cancellation on a custom order.
Please be sure to order the amount of yarn you need to complete your project. Colours can vary dramatically from dye lot to dye lot and I want to be sure you're getting as consistent a colourway as you can.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product when you receive it, you may send me a message, but please know that there's very little I can do about it. As I stated above, colours will vary depending on a variety of factors. Acid dyeing, especially in hand-painting and kettle dyeing is not an exact science. I take good notes and replicate my methods to the best of my ability, but even within a dyelot no two skeins will be exactly the same. If your order is glaringly wrong, I will work with you to correct the error, but most of the time I'm going to tell you there's not much I can do.
No refunds will be offered on made-to-order or custom items. Please be very clear about what you'd like when requesting a custom item. We do our best to work with you to ensure you're getting an item you'll love.
If your product has arrived damaged, please let me know and I will do what I can to help you. If you have not received your product and tracking says it was delivered, please alert me to this problem and I will work to get it solved.
I do accept custom orders and I love to hear from you if there's something you think I can do for you. I will always be honest with you about my ability to create an item and my timeline for completion. If it won't work for you, there will be no hard feelings on my part, I just want to make sure my customers are getting what they need from me.
