2 Ply Handspun "Slub" Alpaca Yarn -Black and White - 140 Yds., Thick and Thin 7-8 WPI
This yarn was a lot of fun to spin - I can only imagine the uniqueness it will bring to your project!
I knit with both handspun and mill spun yarns; but there is something about handspun. Once you have knit with it you will know. There is such character in handspun because it is not spun in a machine consistent manner. It has it's own inconsistencies because no person can spin like a machine. Every spinner has there own way of spinning. If you are looking for a "clear" consistent look to your project than you may want to work with mill spun. But if you are looking for some excitement and character; then handspun is the way to go.
All Natural black alpaca roving - Grade 3 - 23-25.9 micron; spun into a "Slub" art yarn - thick and thin - and then plyed with all natural white fingering weight alpaca yarn.

Large overages in shipping costs that have calculated in excess (less handling/packaging fees) will be refunded to customer upon shipment.
International orders where shipping has not calculated enough or any additional international shipping fees or insurances are required, will be billed for those additional fees prior to shipment - if you decide to cancel your order due to these additional fees, your order will be refunded in it's entirety. Import taxes, customs, duties and fees levied by the destination Country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Your package will be shipped within 1-3 days of our receiving notice of payment from Paypal. In most cases we ship via the USPS - First Class Mail; except for rug yarns. Due to the rise in cost to ship this item via USPS we now ship it via Fed Ex which takes approximately 4 business days once shipped. We will e-mail you with shipping confirmation and tracking information once shipped. Since we ship through the U.S. Postal Service USPS or Fed Ex within the Continental U.S., please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive (sometimes longer for the busy holiday seasons).
We will ship USPS First Class Mail outside the Continental United States, this is the most economical way of shipping however, there is no confirmation of receipt, therefore International orders are non-refundable. Please be aware that once a package is out of the country, I have no way of locating it. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs, duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for any of these additional fees. Please be aware of this if you are sending an item as a gift.
Shipping out of the United States frequently takes more time and can be held up in customs. If proof of delivery, expedited shipping or insurance is required, additional charges will be billed via Paypal along with order information, again once payment is confirmed via Paypal, shipping information will follow.
If it looks like it’s going to take longer or we’re temporarily out of order on an item, then we’ll do our best to Email you and let you know. If you need an item really, really fast please Email us and let us know. Other shipping methods can be arranged at higher rates for orders shipped within the Continental US. Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for delivery of orders outside the Continental US.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have up to 10 days after receiving your order to return your purchase. It must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. Original shipping & handling charges are refundable, but the buyer must pay the shipping costs for the returned items. You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item plus the original shipping & handling cost once the item has been received back.
Custom and international orders are not refundable.
