I accept all major credit cards and Paypal. On custom orders, work will not begin until the initial art fees have been processed.
Returns & exchanges
Have a concern? I'm happy to handle refunds and exchanges on a case by case basis. If you are not satisfied with your order once it has arrived, please contact me within 5 days and I will work with you for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage costs). All refunds given are based on the items being returned in their original condition.
Once an item is shipped, however, it is out of my hands. I am unfortunately unable to refund money on a purchase that is lost or damaged in transit to the buyer. (But don't worry — I'm a packing pro.)
