If your delivery is URGENT I will do my best to arrange the required services to get your parcel to you, but please notify me before hand to check whether this is possible.

UK Delivery is with Royal Mail First or Second class postage depending on the weight/size of your order.
Alternatively, for larger parcels I often use a courier to reduce costs and can then offer tracking details.

International Delivery is with Royal Mail International Standard, the service takes 10-14 days minimum and is untracked. If you would prefer a tracked and/or signed for service I will happily quote this option. As orders often get delayed at customs, please understand that this is out of our control. To avoid concerns with your order, please request a tracked and signed for service which will allow you to get updates on the progress of your order.

All customs charges are for the customers account.

Proof of postage can be given for all orders to confirm the date that orders are shipped. I can not be held accountable for lost orders if tracking was not requested prior to ordering.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
I accept returns on products that are still in their original packaging and in a resale-able condition.
Please notify me within 5 days of receipt of your order if you wish to return your item and please return to me within 14 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once dispatched and return costs are to be covered by the purchaser.
UK Customs charge on postage over the value of £18, any charges on returned orders will be to the customs expense and be deducted from the refund value.

As postage can vary depending on your choice of products I will happily quote on postage options, offering you the most cost effective option for your order.
While I aim to load cost effective rates, I do understand that if you require multiple items the postage can then look very costly and unrealistic. Please don't hesitate to contact me for postage quotes if this is the case as more often than not I can reduce the postage cost dramatically based on your order.

While the best care is taken to produce photographs that clearly represent our products, colours often vary in different lights and on different monitors so colours may vary slightly in actual products.
