All items listed as "ready to ship" or "in-stock" are shipped with in a business day. All made to order or personalized orders may take up to SEVEN days to ship, or as listed in item description or per any convos.
We ship USPS with CONFIRMATION, TRACKING AND INSURANCE!!
Payment can be made through PAYPAL in the form of CREDIT CARD, PP PAYMENT, ECHECK. You can also mail a paper check or money order. Please note that no item will be shipped until funds cleared, regardless of payment method.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
All items are shipped with tracking and insurance. Any item that does not arrive will be REPLACED. Items that cannot be replaced will be REFUNDED.
The USPS may take up to 21 days to issue payment for lost or damaged items, therefore, it may take this long for replacement, depending on circumstances.
Any personalization on any item is taken directly from the note to seller section that you fill out at checkout.
PLEASE be sure to spell everything correctly. We cannot replace items (with out additional cost) that are incorrect because of a customer's misspelling. Once an item is personalized it cannot be undone.
While additional notes through convo can be helpful for personalization we do NOT guarantee that these will be included. During our busy season we are doing up to 50 ornaments a day and they are done in order of purchase directly from the details provided during checkout.
Your order will be shipped to the address provided by you on your etsy receipt. If this is a gift please be sure to enter recipients address. We cannot be responsible for an item being shipped to an incorrect address, old address, invalid address. If you have it shipped incorrectly and it is returned to us you will be charged to reship it to the correct destination.
Cancellations are not accepted. When your order is received creation begins almost immediately and because our ornaments are made to order and personalized they are not salable to anyone else.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND, that our MADE TO ORDER & PERSONALIZED are OUR artistic view of your family. They are CARTOON DOODLES, not portraits. We stand by our work and are confident that we are sending you an awesome product. We DO NOT redo or refund because you are unhappy with your doodle (unless something/someone is misrepresented or there is a misspelling). Thank you for your understanding. We are sure you will be very pleased with your purchase!
We will replace any item that is an error on our part at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
