This listing is for one skein of Orange Creamsicle 100% Cashmere Recycled yarn. The color is a beautiful rich shade of orange and this cashmere yarn is really soft and light to the touch, a pleasure to work with! I carefully deconstruct, unravel, wind and thoroughly clean the yarn from a gently used, fine quality knit garment so that you can enjoy working with these eco-friendly and affordable luxurious natural fibers. I never weight the yarn when drying so the strength, loft and texture of the yarn is preserved.
This Cashmere yarn consists of two 2 ply strands held together with approximately 20 wraps per inch and is a fingering weight yarn.
I label all my yarns with any knots - the join I use when needed is a strong join that is smooth and barely noticeable. I work hard not to miss counting a knot but occasionally one might slip through.
New to commercial weight yarns? Try working with double or triple strands for a project that calls for a thicker gauge – You can even use two different colors to create a wonderful color-shifting effect.
The length of each skein of yarn varies, each is unique and priced according to yardage. I make sure to put all available skeins in the same listing, please remember to put each skein in your cart one at a time when purchasing multiple skeins and leave the quantity as 1 each time as well. Thanks!
NOTE: I am happy to wind skeins of yarn into center pull balls, please leave me a message at checkout for this free service.
