Get Shipping Costs

I ship only USPS and always first class or priority. I used flat rate boxes whenever possible. Books can be shipped media mail upon request.
International shipping is first class up to 4 pounds and priority over 4 pounds. There is no 3rd class or book rate shipping anymore. Delivery can be can take 1-3 weeks delivery to some countries. If you have questions about shipping convo me for the best possible rate.
I use recycled packing material whenever possible. Most everything will have some sort of tracking like delivery confirmation.

Payments

I accept most methods of payment including checks. I do not barter or trade goods.
I sell retail only and do not do wholesale. I do not do consignment of anyone else's work.
Custom made items only relate to items I make myself and only if I have the materials to make them. I use what I have available to me.

Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information

I refund for items damaged, lost items, or unsatisfied items. I refund only the cost of the item . I do not refund shipping cost already paid by me.
To return an item, refuse the package without being opened or if opened it must be paid by you to return. In some cases I will determine weather a refund for postage will be refunded or not.
