Celebrate Paris of the 1880s with this charming and practical sewing caddy. The fabric features hot air balloons and old-fashioned bicycles along with flowers and butterflies, in various pastel shades. It's lined with pale pink broadcloth and edged with darker pink bias tape. An interlining of fusible batting adds strength to the caddy and helps it keep its shape even with repeated use. When open, it measures 8" wide x 22" long and can be draped over the arm of a chair or sofa or laid flat on a tabletop. When not using it, fold it in thirds to make an 8" square, perfect for carrying to sewing classes or on trips. It has two &" x & 1/2" pockets for holding scissors, embroidery hoop, thread, and more. Both pockets have flaps with hook and loop tape to keep them securely closed. The 3 1/2" wide pincushion is firmly stuffed with new fiberfill and has a flexible plastic insert to keep the sharp points from pushing through the back. The perfect gift for anyone who enjoys had sewing, quilting, embroidery or other forms of handwork.
