Lovely double sided red fringed card from the late 1800's. First side with a picture of a pretty pink Lenten rose reads "Look at this beautiful flower! Tis the New Year arising to be a Beacon of exquisite grace to light ev'ry moment for thee." The reverse side is signed Lizzie Rose. So typically Victorian. This card measures 4 x 5 1/2 inches including the fringe.
I am destashing many pieces of ephemera from my parents antique shop. They were prominent dealers in Philadelphia in the mid 1900's.
