Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred in their country. To estimate those charges, please refer to http://www.dutycalculator.com. I cannot mark purchases as gifts and must declare the actual value. Falsifying customs forms is illegal and can result in your package being confiscated, fines levied and/or other penalties.
Processing time: within 3 business days of my receiving your payment (unless otherwise specified).
Shipping time estimates: Registered air mail (signed for): 2-3 weeks within Europe and 3-4 weeks to other areas. Ecopost: 10 business days within Europe and North America, 15 business days elsewhere. If not delayed at customs. EMS: a week to ten days if not delayed at customs.
Receipt: If you need a receipt, please request it and I'll gladly include it.
I accept payment through PayPal. You don't have to have a PayPal account, you can pay with your credit card securely. Contact me if you need help with that.
Buyers in Israel pay 17% VAT that is not included in the price of the item. Please get in touch for details. I will of course also amend the shipping costs to local costs.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I want you to be a happy customer of Anteeka. If, once you receive your item, you are unhappy with it, please contact me within 14 days of receipt to let me know you'd like to return your item. Please note that I can not accept returns without notice. Kindly return your item within one week of receiving return authorization. A refund or exchange of goods will be arranged upon the safe return of the item in the packaging it was sent in. Shipping fees cannot be refunded and the buyer is responsible for return shipping except in very specific cases (as per PayPal policies) .

Can I pay with my debit or credit card? Absolutely! You can pay with a major debit or credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account. Simply click on the rectangular button "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" at the bottom of the PayPal log in screen.
Do you offer a layaway plan? I do offer a layaway plan for up to 90 days on items 100 USD or more. Please inquire about terms.
