Custom designing is when I create a design especially for you; your specific needs and desires, taste and style. I make a pattern which is tailored to your body using your measurements. I gather samples of leather; any type, texture, color. It can be your vision, or my vision for you. I will give estimate ranges over the phone or email once I have the details of your project, i.e. photographs, sketches, style, size, time frame, etc. You may send your information to lisa@lisacantalupo.com or convo me on etsy. An exact estimate of your project is given once we have committed to working together; a design contract is signed and a $150.00 design fee is paid (it will be applied to the balance of your order). Items which are ALTERED or CHANGED in any way to suit you cannot be returned. Returns are accepted on UNWORN merchandise ONLY. I inspect, clean and condition all items before they're shipped - natural markings DO NOT constitute reason for a return or exchange.
