Please make sure your address is correct as that is the address I will ship your purchase to. If it is not correct and shipment goes out, you will have to pay additional shipping once product is returned to sender and sent back out to buyer. Or repurchase item if desired and a refund will be processed if/when original item is returned.
Each item is packaged nicely for secure and safe delivery. Once payment is received, product ships within 2-5 business days while custom orders usually ship within 5-7 business days depending on customization. Please refer to product listing for exact range of when item will be shipped.
PLEASE READ BELOW - VERY IMPORTANT
**IF A SHIPMENT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED but you never received it, you will need to check with your post office for the whereabouts of that delivery. Once your package is dropped off at the post office by the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for said package. The seller does not have control of USPS's handling of package once it leaves sellers possession. The seller unfortunately cannot replace or refund any product that has been lost in mail for free as the seller is a small business and does not have the resources to send out more product at no cost. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
**IF A PACKAGE IS LOST AND NEVER DELIVERED according to tracking and after buyer checks with their post office, product may be replaced with same or similar product depending on availability. This will be determined on a customer to customer basis.
All shipments are made through USPS first class. Every shipment comes with a tracking/delivery confirmation number.

Returns & exchanges
If for any reason you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 3 days from delivery to return your item for a full refund minus shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and item must be returned in original, unused condition.
When shipping item back it is suggested that the buyer purchase insurance as seller is not responsible for lost or damaged items while in route. Sending your shipment with delivery confirmation is highly recommended to protect both buyer and seller. Although not likely, if item is lost in route and insurance or delivery confirmation was not purchased, seller is then unable to give a refund.
