Most of our curtains purchases are sent through the USPS. Items under 13 ounces generally ship out by first class mail. Over 13 ounces ship by Priority. With large purchases, we may ship though FedEx.

International orders under 4 pounds generally ship by First Class International Mail unless buyer specifys Priority along with the needed s/h funds. 1st Class Mail delivery time varies. International orders over 4lbs ship Priority International. Both the 1st Class International and the Priority International will have custom tracking available. Be advised tracking may not show up until package is in customs.

Payments

We accept credit & debit cards via direct checkout, Etsy gift cards and Paypal payments (credit/debit cards, e-checks, PP balances)... along with money orders or personal checks - whichever method you are most comfortable using. E-check will have to clear before I can ship... normally 5 days USA... International e-checks do take a little longer for clearance.

If mailing payment, I prefer a money order made out to me "Karen Dorman"... as it will get your items shipped faster... as personal checks will have to clear before shipment. Your check is welcome... as long as you know the check needs to clear.

All sales are final... unless we've sent you the wrong item which we will glady replace.
