Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Return Policy: I strive for excellent customer service and I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason your order is not what you expected I am happy to refund your purchase. Please be so kind to notify me if you decide to return the item so that I can promptly process your request.
All Custom Works are NOT eligible for Return. On a case by case basis, I may be able to alter a piece to your specifications. If you have a concern about a Custom Work that you have received, please communicate with me ASAP, and and we will discuss the possible solutions.
I accept custom orders, however I do not copy other artist's designs or ideas! Please send me a message and we can discuss the details.
