I make every effort to ship your purchase within 5 business days of purchase. Packages are shipped USPS first class or USPS Small Flat Rate Priority and always have a tracking number. I'm sorry but since the post office has increased international shipping, I rarely longer ship outside the United States. If you live outside the US, please contact me for shipping prices.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I do accept returns for anything listed in my shop. Within 10 days of receipt, if the item you purchased from my Etsy store is not what you expected, I will gladly refund your purchase price, less shipping, once the item is returned. Please convo me and let me know of your intentions so I can be prepared to reimburse you once I receive the item back. On the downside, I have no control over loss or damaged that occurs in transit. I package all my items carefully and if something is damaged to the point of totally unusable, it is a matter that first should be taken up with your local post office. If you know you have a problem with your local delivery, please let me know. I ship everything with a tracking number to cut down on miss delivered packages however things do happen. If your package is lost, I am more than willing to work with you to get you a replacement at a fair price providing an effort is made by you at your local post office to get some resolution. If your package arrives damaged with pieces missing, you should first contact your local post office.
I can also put together custom orders containing multiple items, mix and match. I also offer a discount for multiple piece purchases, please convo if you would like to create a custom order. To receive the discount, you MUST send me a convo so I can create a custom listing for you.
